There’s something fishy going on at The Café at Logie Steading for Moray Speyside Restaurant Week. Over the course of the week, Chef John will create a unique fish dish using produce sourced from family run fishmonger Pro Fish. From delights such as pan-fried sea bass fillet, scallops served with Stornoway black pudding to the panko breaded haddock goujon sandwich, The Café at Logie Steading is the ‘plaice’ to be for MS Restaurant Week.
